Can I use your art as a profile picture or in edits? Yes, as long I am credited by username ("art not mine" not sufficient)
Can I repost your artwork? If you are not using my artwork in a transformative manner (in an edit, as a reference, et cetera), but rather simply posting it again on your own social media profile, then I do not consent to it being used, regardless if credit is attributed. Exceptions may be made depending on circumstance, but please ask first.
Can I use your art for a reason not listed about? Please ask first. My DMs are open on all social media platforms, and I'd love to work something out.
All commissions purchased are strictly for personal use unless specifically specified and agreed upon otherwise. If you'd like to purchase something for commercial use, this will entail additional fees and agreements, and should be communicated upfront.I retain all rights to using commissioned artwork as apart of social media promotion, portfolios, and so forth, unless explicitly requested otherwise.Commissions may take at least 4 to 12 business weeks to be recieved. If any work is to be given after this deadline, it will be communicated to you, and you will be given the option of a full refund if no work has been completed, or a partial refund if it has surpassed the sketch phase. Commissions may also be cancelled at any time at my own discretion, but full refunds will be provided regardless of level of completion.Listed commission prices are base prices, and may increase depending on the complexity of a given piece. Your final total will be provided before your initial upfront payment.Payment is to be given 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion. When your work is completed, a watermarked piece will be sent to provide proof that the work has been finished, and an unwatermarked version will be sent upon recieving payment.Revisions are permitted at any stage of completion, but major revisions (such as those requiring a complete redoing of linework, coloring, shading, etc after these elements have already been completed) may require a 5% revision fee. Minor revisions (small color adjustments, retooling partial sections of linework, et cetera) will be initially free, but those that surpass 3 edits may also require a 5% revision fee.
